As a principle we always try to define a model of the systems we are working with. Depending on the context this model can be a group of mathematical equations or just a diagram that simplifies the core of the problem we are dealing with. Especially when we work on the design of mechanical systems we utilise state of the art software to test our project before the release of the final design.
The mechanical simulation, managing the model of our problem via the variables defined by us, leads to refine the boundaries where our system will be able to perform correctly. Recently we added to our expertise the study of heat transfer between components and then performing a very accurate thermal analysis.
